Lower Beeson, Beeson is a very spacious family house with a lovely garden and glorious views across the fields to the sea from most rooms. The owner has a small self-contained annexe next door. It is situated in the rural hamlet of Beeson just half a mile from the coastal village of Beesands with a quiet beach and a good food pub. This beautiful stretch of unspoilt coastline has clear waters and is a favourite spot for divers and fishermen. Close by is a good selection of sandy beaches and the towns of Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Salcombe. This is a super area for a relaxing holiday with stunning coastal walks and pretty villages to explore.
Through the front door into a hallway, door to triple aspect lounge with sea views, open fire, plenty of seating, TV and DVD.Light, attractive kitchen/dining room with pine table and chairs and sea views. Fitted pine units, oil fired rayburn, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, CD/radio and American style fridge/freezer. Back door to garden. Ground floor shower room with shower, WC and basin.
Upstairs to four bedrooms, two of which have double beds, one with a super king size and hand basin, and sea views, the other a double. A family bedroom with three single beds, with sea views. A further single room. Large luxurious family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, WC and basin. Outside there is an enclosed mature garden with lawn, trees and shrubs, garden furniture and swing and trampoline.
