The 18th Century cottage is a full of character and original features, situated on an old hillside street in Dartmouth.
This holiday cottage is only a couple of minutes walk down to the town (the walk back up may not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties).Accommodation: The front door enters straight into the open plan beamed living area, with stripped pine floor and some exposed stone work. Sitting area with TV and DVD, pine dining table and chairs, kitchen with river view, washing machine, gas cooker, microwave and CD/radio.
Door out to small walled patio with table and chairs and BBQ, lovely views over the town and river. Upstairs to two double bedrooms, one with river view and en suite WC and basin. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin.
In the attic space on the second floor there is a twin bedroom with river views, the ceiling is low so this room could be better suited for children. Christmas week Mon 20 to Mon 27 December.
