Dart Cottage, Dartmouth is homely character cottage in an old part of Dartmouth with lovely views of the river and Kingswear from most rooms, the balcony and patio garden. This holiday cottage is situated in Above Town , a five minute walk to the centre of town and the car park (for which a permit is provided from April to the end of September). The cottage retains some of its old character with stripped pine doors and feature fireplaces.
Steep steps lead down to the front door on the first floor. Entrance into a charming sitting room with brightly coloured walls, TV and DVD, French windows onto a small balcony with table and chairs and those lovely river views.
Stairs lead down to the open and bright kitchen/diner with doors on to the enclosed paved patio which has garden furniture, BBQ and views of the river. The kitchen provides a gas cooker and fridge with ice box, washing machine, cassette, dining table and chairs. Door into shower room with electric shower, WC and basin.
Up on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with antique brass double bed, CD radio and river views. Second bedroom with child size bunk beds.
