Character cottage in a old part of Dartmouth with lovely views of the river and Kingswear from most rooms, balcony and patio garden.
This self catering holiday cottage is situated in Above Town, a five minute walk from the centre of town and the car park. Unfortunately there is no parking on Above Town but a pass is provided for the car park.Steep steps lead down to the front door on the first floor. Entrance into charming sitting room with TV and DVD, French windows onto a small balcony with table and chairs and lovely river views.
Stairs lead down to the kitchen/diner with doors on to the paved patio, with garden furniture and BBQ and views of the river. The kitchen has a gas cooker and fridge with ice box, radio cassette, dining table and chairs.
Door into shower room with power shower, WC and basin. Stairs up to the second floor with 2 bedrooms, one with antique brass double bed, CD radio cassette player and river views.
