Lee Court, Dartmouth is a beautifully appointed first floor apartment, situated on Dartmouth's North Embankment with fabulous dual aspect intimate views of the River Dart. It benefits from having a lift (there is however, a flight of steps up to the entrance), and has a garage at the rear of the building. The town centre is a stones throw away. The three bedrooms all have their own bathrooms. The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached by using the stairs or the lift and is a fabulous vantage point from which to observe the busy river traffic.
Entrance hall leads to the lounge / dining room, this is a lovely bright room with double aspect windows giving breath taking views overlooking the river to the hills beyond. There are large comfy sofas to relax in and occasional tables, TV, DVD and video, dining table and chairs. A door leads from the lounge to the master double bedroom suite overlooking the river, there is a TV in the room and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with roll top bath, twin hand basins, WC and large shower cubicle.
There are two further twin bedrooms, one with a shower, basin and WC, the other with a bath, shower, basin and WC.
The large fitted kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, double oven with grill and a fridge/freezer.
