Lily Lodge is a completely detached property in a magical, almost secret spot overlooking the valley leading down to Dartmouth and the river Dart.
A major refurbishment programme has created a bright and comfortable holiday home for 4 guests, with two bathrooms and a private parking space.
Outside there are 2 terraces to take advantage of the sun at any time of the day, plus a full length (40 foot) balcony all having river or countryside views. At the bottom of the lane is the bus route into town for those you who do not fancy the walk back up hill. Steps from parking area up to the front door leading to a lovely light open plan living area with fabulous river views and comfortable sofas. There is a wall mounted TV and DVD, dining table and chairs, white kitchen with breakfast bar, electric hob, electric double oven with combi microwave and grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Door to side balcony.
Double bedroom with wooden, king-size bed, French doors to terrace, dressing room, and en-suite shower room with large shower, WC, basin, and heated towel rail. Twin bedroom (zip and link beds can be a double). Bathroom with bath, mains shower, plus twin taps and hand shower. WC and basin.
There are wooden floors throughout the lodge and gas central heating.
