Lily Lodge, Datmouth is a completely detached property overlooking the valley leading down to Dartmouth town centre and the river Dart, just a 10 minute walk away. A major refurbishment has created a bright and comfortable holiday home for four guests, with two bathrooms and a private parking space.Outside there are 2 terraces taking advantage of the sun at any time of the day, plus a full length (40 foot) balcony all having river and countryside views. At the bottom of the lane is the bus route into town for those you who do not fancy the walk back up hill.
Steps from parking area ascend to the front door which leads into a lovely light open plan living area with fabulous river views and comfortable sofas. There is a wall mounted TV and DVD, dining table and chairs, white kitchen with breakfast bar, electric hob, electric double oven with combi microwave and grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Door to side balcony.
Thre are two bedrooms each with their ownr bathrooms. The double bedroom has a wooden, king-size bed, French doors to the terrace, a dressing room, and en-suite shower room with large shower, WC, basin, and heated towel rail. Thesecond bedroom has twin beds, bathroom with bath, mains shower over, plus twin taps and hand shower. WC and basin.
There are wooden floors throughout and gas central heating.
