This charming cottage arranged on three floors, has recently undergone extensive renovation and refurbishment and now has a fresh contemporary style.

Centrally located by the Market Square in Dartmouth town centre, a level two minute walk from the river and boat float. Parking permit provised for Mayors Avenue car park - two minutes walk.Through the front door into the hall, lounge with TV, DVD and CD player, gas coal effect fire.

Separate dining room with table and chairs, dresser and gas coal effect fire. Small well equipped kitchen with fridge with ice box, gas cooker, microwave. Upstairs to a double bedroom with TV, en suite shower, WC and basin.

Bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin. Upstairs from the landing to a large double bedroom in the beamed roof space with TV.
