Market Square Cottage, Dartmouth is an utterly charming mix of cosy holiday cottage mixed with fresh contemporary style arranged over three floors. There are beautiful paintings and modern fittings to make your stay extremely comfortable. Centrally located by the Market Square in the Dartmouth town centre you are a level two minutes walk from the river, boat float and town car park.

Through the front door into the hall and then to the lounge with TV, DVD and CD player, gas coal effect fire. Separate dining room with table and chairs, dresser and gas coal effect fire. Small well equipped kitchen with fridge with ice box, gas cooker, microwave. Upstairs to a double bedroom with TV, en suite shower, WC and basin. Bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin. Upstairs from the landing to a large double bedroom in the beamed roof space with TV. For those guests who prefer twin beds there is a single futon.
