Sea Views is an end of terrace fisherman’s cottage in Dartmouth, situated in Above Town, one of the original streets in this historic maritime town. The cottage is in a very peaceful location approached by a few steps from Above Town.
The property is very well equipped and furnished for 4-5 guests and benefits from having a small seating area to the front with river views. At the rear of the cottage there is an elevated viewing area with seating reached by two flights of steps, but once at the top the views are stunning over the river Dart and out to sea. The cottage is a ten minute walk from the centre of town and the main car park.A few steps lead up to the front door. Entrance hall with coat hanging and door into sitting/dining room with oak flooring, open fire, sofas, dining table and chairs, TV and DVD.
Well equipped galley kitchen with cream painted units, wooden worktops, Butler sink, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Back door leading to the garden steps.
Newly appointed fully tiled shower room with mains shower, WC and basin.
Stairs lead up from the sitting room to the first floor. Master double bedroom with pine flooring, feature fireplace, river views and TV. Second double bedroom with a step down to dressing area with futon. Bathroom with electric shower over bath, WC and basin.
The cottage has central heating and has been modernised yet retains lots of original features including the fireplaces and stripped pine cupboards and doors.Complementary membership of the Dart Marina Hotel Leisure Centre and Spa is provided for guests, this includes free use of the leisure centre facilities and 10% discount on spa treatments.
