Skerries, Dartmouth is tucked away in a quiet spot just a 3 minute walk from Dartmouth's historic town centre.This is a well furnished south facing three story contemporary house with three spacious bedrooms, double glazing and central heating and benefits from two car parking spaces. The house enjoys a shared (unattended) outdoor swimming pool (May to September), and has a small seaside themed garden.

Skerries is accessed from the parking area by steps leading down to the sun terrace and pool area. The entrance is on the second floor and the front door opens into a galleried hallway  overlooking the living room. On this floor there is a king-size double bed room with television and en suite bathroom with bath, mains shower over, WC and hand basin.

On the middle floor is an airy spacious living room with French doors opening onto a south facing balcony with superb views overlooking the town and countryside beyond. It has an electric feature fire, television, DVD, video, CD/cassette player. The dining room comfortably seats 6 around the pine table, also with French doors giving access onto the balcony with teak table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. The newly refurbished fitted kitchen has microwave, gas oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with ice box.

The ground floor has two large twin bedded rooms each with French doors opening onto a verandah overlooking the heart of Dartmouth. The downstairs bathroom has bath, mains shower over, WC and hand basin. Separate WC.
