Donore is a superb, very spacious 200 year old cottage in the picturesque village of Dittisham, near Dartmouth. It enjoys excellent views over the old part of the village towards the River Dart and countryside beyond. It has a wealth of charm and character throughout and is decorated and fully furnished to an extremely high standard. The cottage has off road parking for 2 cars, 2 patios with tables and chairs and a large garden with a lawn and flowerbeds. Donore is perfectly located with the village shop, Post Office, river and quayside and the famous FBI and Anchorstone Cafe all only a few minutes walk away.
Accommodation: Through the front door into the large but cosy lounge and dinning room with slate floor, TV and freeview. On through to the separate but also cosy snug with river views, TV, Freeview and DVD player. Large spacious kitchen with table and chairs, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, separate freezer, electric cooker, docking station and a door leading to the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a stable door that leads from the utility room to one of the patios and onto the garden. Downstairs cloakroom with WC and basin. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and en suite shower, WC and basin. A twin bedded room with river views and a large family bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and basin. In the eaves on the second floor, there is a large bedroom with three single beds and river views. All the bedrooms have docking stations.
