Dunedin Cottage is an impressive three storey cottage on the quay side at Dittisham, this fabulous well looked after family house is in one of the most beautiful spots that Devon can offer. Older visitors will appreciate the peace and tranquility of this riverside village and yound visitors will enjoy the thrill of crabbing from the pontoon. The house is comfortably furnished and has underfloor heating throughout. As well as a sitting out area on the quayside there is a private garden at the back with river views.
A small entrance porch opens into a large tiled entrance hall with sofa, washing machine/tumble dryer. Large fully tiled wet room with shower, WC and basin. Stairs up to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms, a 5ft double at the front with river views and a further 4'6" double plus a twin at the back of the cottage. Fully tiled bathroom with bath - shower over, WC and basin. Up on the second floor is a glorious sitting room with panoramic river views, oak flooring, comfy sofas, wood burning stove, TV with DVD, CD player. The kitchen/diner has oak units and granite tops, range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer and tiled floor, large dining table and chairs. Glass doors open to lawned and decked rear garden with garden table and chairs and barbeque. The studio in the garden has views of the river and consists of a twin bedroom with en suite shower, WC and basin. Sitting room with two sofas, TV and Bifold doors onto decking.
