Holly Cottage is a delightful character cottage, almost 400 years old, and has three bedrooms, just a stone’s throw from the waterfront of the River Dart. There are lovely river views to be enjoyed from the terraced rear garden. Front entrance into the sitting room with many original features, antique furnishings, wood burning stove, polished wooden floor, comfortable seating, TV, video and DVD. A few steps lead to the very well equipped kitchen/dining room with pine table and chairs, wooden units, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all beautifully furnished, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a single bedroom. Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. Outside at the back of the cottage there is a paved garden on two terraces with garden furniture, BBQ and river views. At the front of the cottage there is a sheltered patio with garden furniture and river views across to Greenway.Children welcome but beware steep steps in garden.
