Lower Pink Thorn, Dittisham is the ground floor apartment of a large, detached house at the bottom of Manor Street, just a minutes walk from the quay with dinghy pontoon and the Ferry Boat Inn. There is a large parking area in front of the house (also used by the owner who lives above) and a bench for sitting outside. Guests may use the owners garden (reached vis a fairly steep slope) with picnic bench and lovely river views.Part glazed porch. Sitting room with large stone, inglenook fireplace and effect fire, comfortable seating, TV, dining table and chairs. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, washing machine/ tumble dryer and pine table and chairs. Two bedrooms – one double and one twin. Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and basin.Children Welcome
