Ollies Cottage, Dittisham is a quality cottage has been cleverly arranged over three floors taking advantage of its position at the height of the village, next to the Red Lion Inn and opposite the church, so that you have views up the river valley to the moor and south over the village.
Front door leads into a hall and a downstairs WC and basin. The rest of the open plan ground floor is fresh, modern and colourful with bright walls and tiles in the kitchen area. This is well equipped having a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area has a pine table and chairs, antique side table with CD player and radio. French windows open out onto an enclosed paved patio with flower beds, table and chairs. Upstairs to the lovely, light comfortable sitting room with views of the river, open fire, Freeview TV/DVD and video. In addition to sofa and armchairs, at the far end there are two single divan beds with throws and cushions. Spacious bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC. Stairs to the second floor and a large attractive double bedroom with dramatic wall hanging over the bed. Small children’s bunk bedroom with roof window.
