Prospect Cottage was converted from part of the The Shippon, one of the Grade II listed barns in the grounds of the 300 year old Dittisham Manor House. It is attractively designed in a mews style and has delightful views across the village, 13th Century church and wooded hillside. The village shop, pubs, café and river are all within walking distance.Up exterior staircase to the front door. Hall with cloakroom – WC and basin. Light and airy sitting room with French windows opening out onto a small balcony, giving views across the village. The sitting room is comfortably furnished with dining table and chairs, dresser, sofa and arm chairs, TV/DVD, a radio/CD player. Recently installed kitchen with cream units, electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Stairs lead down to the bedrooms, one double and one twin. Recently refurbished fully tiled bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and basin.
