September Cottage, Dittisham stands high above The Level in the centre of Dittisham and commands exceptional views across the River Dart. It is a well equipped house with spacious accommodation and plenty of room outside. It is ideally situated - 150 yards from the Red Lion Inn with shop and Post Office, and an easy stroll down to the river. It has a terrace at the front from which to enjoy the view, and a steep garden behind with lawned terraces which lead up to a summer house. There are tables and chairs on the lower terrace and by the summerhouse.
Accommodation: Steep steps lead up to the front door from the parking bay below. The light, airy sitting room has wonderful river views, a large bay window with seat, and an open fireplace for the winter. TV, DVD. The dining area has French windows onto the terrace. There is a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, and in a separate utility room there is a washer/dryer and extra fridge/freezer. Downstairs, there is a cosy double bedroom and a shower room with shower, WC and basin.
Upstairs, another double bedroom has a king-size bed (ideal for early morning tea enjoying the river views), there is a twin room with a view of the garden and the double aspect bathroom has a bath, WC and basin.
