Spindlewood, Dittisham stands at the top of the village and was built to take advantage of the stunning view looking across Dittisham Mill Creek and up the river valley towards Dartmoor. You have plenty of private parking whilst there is a grassy garden with palm trees and a sun trap paved area to the rear and it now offers a great place for relaxing into the scenery of the countryside – just take a look at the pictures.
A flight of steps lead up from the driveway to the front door, which leads to the hallway. The long dining and sitting room with open fire, TV, DVD and CD/radio/cassette, stretches all along the front of the house with French windows leading onto a terrace and looking out at that lovely view. Door from dining area into newly fitted kitchen with cream shaker style units, beech work surfaces, electric oven, ceramic hob with stainless steel chimney hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and view of the river.
Lobby and door to back garden where there is a paved area and steps up to a lawn. There are three bedrooms – two doubles and a twin all with a handbasin and a view of the garden. Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and basin. Separate shower room, WC and basin.Children Welcome
