Wild Oat House, Dittisham is a beautifully designed, comfortable three storey home situated in a magnificent old barn overlooking Dittisham Court, the village and surrounding countryside. The river is less than five minutes walk away with the church, shop and pub even closer. You are welcome to enjoy the acres of communal grassy areas with splendid views of Dittisham Mill Creek and the River Dart.

The interior is light, bright, sunny and spacious The entrance is on first floor through lobby into a large hall. On this floor there is a twin bedded room and a second  bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower over bath, WC and hand basin. Up on the second floor is the master double bedroom and a bathroom with bath (shower over) WC and basin. Down on the ground floor there is a  lovely south facing sitting room with comfortable sofa and chairs, TV with SKY, DVD, video recorder and CD player, dining table and chairs, French dresser. French windows lead out onto a sunny, split level patio with garden furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped  with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Downstairs cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Back door.
