Fairholme, Stoke Fleming is a most attractive holiday home adjacent to the owners' house in the heart of Stoke Fleming village just 2 miles from Dartmouth. Award winning Blackpool Sands is within walking distance (less than a mile), this Blue Flag beach is popular with familes and has good facilites on offer. Stoke Fleming is an ideal spot for walkers as the South West Coastal footpath runs through the village and for children there is a playing field and swing park within a couple of minutes walk. Stoke Fleming has a village post office stores and a good pub and restaurant for evening meals. Fairholme is bright, modern, cosy and very well equipped for self catering holidays, and benefits from having a private enclosed patio and off road parking.
The front door opens from the parking area into a bright, open plan living area with glass topped dining table and chairs, two sofas, an electric stove effect fire. freeview TV and DVD. The kitchen area is compact and complete with electric cooker, fridge, washing machine and microwave. French doors lead out from the dining area on to a small balcony with steps down to a delightful suntrap patio with garden furniture.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with attractive pine furniture, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed and sea views. Bathroom with bath, mains shower over, basin, WC and sea views.
