The Nest is an enchanting, wholly self-contained cozy apartment, with a private and secluded external entrance, occupying part of a large house on the ‘seaside’ edge of Stoke Fleming village. Just 700 yards from the superb award winning Blackpool Sands beach, 2 minutes walk from the South Devon Coastal Footpath, the Nest sits a leisurely 5 minute stroll to both the local child friendly pub (Green Dragon) and Brill Plaice Restaurant (which also does take-aways). Guests also enjoy generous 25% discount at the nearby Dartmouth Golf and Country Club. There are stunning sea views to wake up to across the sea, to the approaches of the River Dart and beyond.

Accommodation: A private flight of 7 shallow steps lead up to the front door opening into the kitchen/dining room which has a superb brand new fully fitted ‘New England’ kitchen with porcelain sink, ‘black’ stainless steel electric cooker, ‘black’ ceramic hob and extractor, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, solid oak flooring, hardwood oak work-top, dining table and chairs. The Sitting Room has very comfortable armchair seating and a double sofa (bed), with TV, DVD player, and CD/radio. The bedroom has a deep kingsize bed, dressed with Harrods 100% Egyptian cotton luxury linen, and provided as standard are first quality goose down duvets, and luxury towels and bath robes. The bathroom is newly fully refurbished in Italian marble, with bath and power-shower over, WC and basin. A choice of duvet/pillow content is available for visitors who do not prefer goose down. Outside there is a shared sheltered garden area with a shallow fish pond, hardwood garden furniture and barbecue.
