Hill Top View, Strete, is a very spacious light and airy detached bungalow with three bedrooms in the coastal village of Strete, midway between Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, 5 miles from Dartmouth and 3 miles to Woodlands Leisure Park. Strete has a very well stocked shop and post office, also two very well respected restaurants The Laughing Monk and the Kings Arms, both serving delicious food.  The bungalow enjoys sea views from most of the rooms and is in a very quiet cul-de-sac and with only five steps up to the front door this property is ideal for anyone with walking difficulties.  Please enquire for reduced rates for one or two couples.

The front door opens into the entrance hall with  a door into  a  very spacious lounge/dining room, with coal effect electric fire, TV with freeview channels, video, DVD and sea views. Patio doors from the lounge lead onto a balcony. The large pine fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a hatch through to the dining room.

There are three bedrooms all with pine furniture, a kingsize double with  patio doors to the back garden and sea views. A further double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

The fully tiled family bathroom has a bath with shower over, a large shower cubicle, WC and twin hand basins. From the kitchen there are steps down into the back garden which is enclosed and very private, there is a large dining area with table and chairs. Steps lead down to the garage which has a utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer and freezer, and a toilet.
