It is truly a holiday home in which to spoil yourself. It stands high in the village overlooking St. George’s Church, in the conservation area and within the village situated on the banks of the river Dart.

Entrance on first floor through lobby to hall with large pine framed mirror and console table. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom with additional Z bed available, both with double wardrobes (please bring bed linen and towels, we provide duvets and pillows). Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and vanity unit. Further bathroom on second floor with bath, shower over, WC and basin. Ground floor – llight and spacious large lounge/ dining room with three piece suite and yew dining table, chairs and bookcase ceiling height Cornish stone fireplace with electric coal-effect fire, colour TV, video and French doors opening onto split level patio with shrubs, garden furniture and barbecue.Well equipped large kitchen, pine breakfast table, fridge/freezer, radio and CD player, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room with washing machine, separate WC and basin.
