Castlemere is a lovely bright and spacious property that sleeps 6 situated close to the town centre in Coombe Close, a quiet cul de sac. The house sits up high and has wonderful views from the back of the house and garden over the town and river and between the castles out to sea. It takes a few minutes on foot to reach the town centre and river front – allow a few more minutes on the way back up. The house is well furnished, centrally heated and has a garage, there is also limited parking on the road.
•Complementary membership of the Dart Marina Hotel Leisure Centre and Spa is provided for guests, this includes free use of the leisure centre facilities and 10% discount on spa treatments. The Dart Marina Hotel is approximately 400 yards from Castlemere.
•Coronation Park Boat Park (also 400 yards away) guests are invited to make enquiries with South Hams District Council (01803 861234)

Accommodation: Entrance into hallway, the ground floor has polished wooden floors. Lounge / dining room with pine table chairs, leather sofas, TV, DVD and video, a large bay window with river views and a door out to the garden. Well equipped fitted kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, (the freezer is in the under stairs cupboard and tumble dryer in the annexe). On this floor are two bedrooms, one a spacious double with a bay window over looking the river and a smaller twin room. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. From the hall, stairs lead to an extremely spacious attic room with a double bed, French windows opening on to a balcony with table and chairs, a very relaxing spot from which to enjoy the view. En suite shower room with basin and WC. Outside there is a small garden to the front and back garden with garden furniture, lawn and flower borders, there are a few steps around the outside of the property. Separate garage and limited on road parking.
