Donore is a superb, spacious cottage, furnished and decorated to a very high standard and has a wealth of character and charm, with beams, pine and feature stonework throughout. Enjoying excellent views over the Ham towards the River Dart and adjoining countryside, this 200 year old cottage is located in the lovely village of Dittisham, just 4 miles from Dartmouth. The cottage has two parking spaces and a pretty garden with flowerbeds, lawn and garden furniture. The village shop, two pubs and the river are a couple of minutes walk away.
Accommodation Details:
Through the front door into the large lounge and dining room with slate floor, TV and CD player. Snug with river views and TV and DVD. Spacious pine fitted kitchen with table and chairs, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, electric cooker, back door leading to the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Cloakroom with WC and basin. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite shower, WC and basin. A twin bedded room with river views and a large family bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin. On the second floor there is a bedroom with three single beds and river views.
