Fuschia Cottage is a dear little listed thatched cottage in the peaceful village of Cornworthy. Centrally located for exploring the area, Cornworthy sits between the market towns of Totnes and Dartmouth and a short distance from the riverside villages of Tuckenhay and Dittisham, with the closest beaches roughly a 15 minute drive away. Locally there is a good network of rural walks including the Dart Valley Trail following the river Dart, making Fuchsia Cottage an excellent location whatever the season. The Sharpham Vineyard which offers tastings and tours of its excellent wines and cheeses is only 3 miles away. There is an excellent pub, The Hunters Lodge, in the village serving good food, and there are numerous other country pubs within a few miles.

Accommodation: The stable door opens into the cosy cottage living room with exposed beams and inglenook fireplace with two bread ovens and multi fuel burner. Sofa and armchairs, TV with freeview and video, radio/CD/cassette player, fold away dining table and chairs. Small fitted pine kitchen with electric cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Downstairs bathroom with bath, hand held shower, basin and door to separate WC. Stairs lead from the kitchen to two bedrooms, both furnished with pine, one has a double bed the other full size bunk beds and wash hand basin.
Outside there is a rear courtyard with table and chairs.
