Holly Cottage is a delightful character cottage, almost 400 years old, and has three bedrooms, just a stone’s throw from the waterfront of the River Dart. There are lovely river views to be enjoyed from the terraced rear garden.
Accommodation Details:
Front entrance into the sitting room with many original features, antique furnishings, wood burning stove, polished wooden floor, comfortable seating, TV, video and DVD. A few steps lead to the very well equipped kitchen/dining room with pine table and chairs, wooden units, electric cooker, CD player, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all beautifully furnished, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a single bedroom. Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. Outside at the back of the cottage there is a paved garden on two terraces with garden furniture, BBQ and river views. At the front of the cottage there is a sheltered patio with garden furniture and river views across to Greenway.
