This beautiful detached house sits high up in the village of Dittisham offering the most wonderful views across the village and a lovely sweep of the river. It is very comfortably presented with many fine pieces of furniture and those thoughtful touches which make it feel like a home and not a holiday house.
Accommodation Details:
Up many steps by the side of the garden to the front door. Sitting room with fantastic views, open fire, cd player, colour TV and DVD. Kitchen/dining room with views also, wooden dresser and table and chairs. The kitchen is nicely fitted out with wooden units and a tiled floor, Fridge/freezer, WM, TD, DW, electric cooker and double oven. Downstairs WC and basin. Rear stable door to paved area and access to garden. Upstairs, pretty double or twin room (2 single beds push together) with views of river, en-suite shower, WC and basin. Twin room with handbasin and view of back garden. Third bedroom with single bed with further bed which pulls out from underneath to make twins of same height. Bathroom with view of river, corner bath, WC, bidet, basin and shower cubicle.
