Lower House West

Lower House West is a light spacious semidetached Georgian farmhouse in the coastal village of East Prawle, ideal for families and walkers. The house has a private right of way down a track (if there are livestock grazing an alternative footpath is a couple of minutes walk from the house) leading to Horsley beach and this beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal footpath. The beach is a safe spot for swimming and has sand and rockpools at low tide. A short drive away are beaches at Mill Bay, Lannacombe, Slapton and Beesands and you are within easy reach of Kingsbidge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. The village has two pubs and a village stores (open March – November).
Accommodation Details:
Walled garden at the front of the house with barbeque. Entrance porch to hallway, spacious kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, circular pine table and chairs. Large sitting room with comfortable seating, wood burning stove, television, French doors leading into a conservatory with dining table and chairs. First floor: Double bedroom with king-size bed ensuite shower, hand basin and WC. A twin bedroom and a single bedroom. Family bathroom with bath, hand held shower over, hand basin and WC. All three bedrooms have views across the fields to the sea.
