Set on the wooded bank of the River Dart, just a stroll from Dartmouth Castle and the heritage coastal footpath this wonderful house was built to have a stunning view from every room. With a private garden and terrace, steps down to the river and your own running mooring what more could you ask from your holiday home? Having parked your car you need not use it again whilst you are here – there are fantastic walks along the coastal footpath, you can walk or take the castle ferry into town for shopping. However, you could just spend the entire time on or by the river if you prefer!

sitting room with dining table at one end and bay window with panoramic view of the River Dart, Dartmouth town, Britannia Royal Naval College and across to Kingswear. Plenty of comfortable seating, colour TV, DVD and video and coal effect fire. Well equipped, modern kitchen with DW, MW, hob and oven and fridge. Separate utility room off hall with WM, TD and freezer. Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and basin. Twin bedroom. Master double bedroom with large picture window and handbasin. From sitting room downstairs to further double bedroom with dressing room and en-suite shower room, WC and basin. Patio door opens from bedroom onto terrace. The garden has a lawn, terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, a boat house and steps down to the river. This property is not suitable for young children because of steep steps and access to the river.
