Oversteps is a welcoming cottage, tucked away in the charming village of Stoke Fleming. The property has been lovingly restored and furnished to an extremely high standard which helps create a peaceful ambience for your holiday. With two double bedrooms and two bathrooms the cottage is ideal for two couples wishing to holiday together or family accommodation. Stoke Fleming has a village post office stores and a good pub and restaurant for lunches and evening meals. The village is just 2 miles from Dartmouth and 1 mile to the award winning Blackpool Sands. The South West Coastal footpath runs through the village and for children there is a playing field and swing park a few yards away.
Accommodation Details:
A couple of steps up to the front door which opens into a small hallway with coat hanging. Open plan living area consisting of exposed rafters, plenty of natural light through windows and velux roof lights. Stripped pine floor comfortable seating area with t.v. with freeview channels. Dining area with sea views through French doors with juliette balcony. Modern white fitted kitchen with integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, electric cooker and hob. Stairs lead down to the two double bedrooms, one with en suite shower, toilet and basin, and separate bathroom which has a bath with shower over, toilet and basin. Door leading out to small courtyard area with table and chairs (the cottage next door has access to their front door via this area).
