Totnes is an ancient market town and port, its narrow streets house a good selection of shops and restaurants. Ideally situated for all local amenties and with good transport links for anyone travelling without a car. The apartment is well furnished and has central heating, a garage and parking space.

Private porch with stairs leading to the apartment, all the rooms lead off of a central hallway. Light and spacious sitting room with comfy sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), TV with freeview channels, video and DVD, CD/radio. The bedroom has a 5’ double bed, fitted wardrobes and French windows opening onto a Juliette balcony, views over the town and to the countryside beyond. Well equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box. Fully tiled and fitted shower room with shower, WC and basin. The hall cupboard houses the washing machine/tumble dryer.
