Sarah Elliot’s is a dear little detached cottage, just a few hundred yards from the River Dart and quay. Refurbished to a very high standard, this much loved cottage, full of beautiful furnishings, furniture and artifacts, retains a wealth of character and has its own small, private patio garden to rear.

Entrance porch with bench seats, through stable door to sitting room with white beamed ceiling, colour TV, video and woodburning stove. Combined kitchen/dining room with ceramic sink, marble tiled worktops, electric hob, oven/grill, dishwasher, fridge with ice box and microwave. Matching crockery and kitchen utensils. Pine chairs and handmade table. Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, leading to cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Upstairs a sunny double bedroom (5’ bed) wardrobe and triple aspect panoramic views of River Dart and Dittisham. TV and DVD. Twin bedroom with wardrobe.
