Sea Whisper is situated on Above Town a quiet part of Dartmouth yet only a few minutes walk into the town centre. The house has wonderful river views, to be enjoyed from the drawing room, the balcony and the master bedroom. Sea Whisper has under gone major refurbishment to create a stylish contemporary home, the three bedrooms each have their own bathroom.
Accommodation Details:
Front door to small hall, ground floor
double bedroom with en suite shower, WC and basin. Stairs lead up into the drawing room with two sets of patio doors, one of which opens on to the balcony with pot plants and table and chairs. The drawing room is very comfortably furnished with TV, DVD, video and CD player and extends into the dining room and kitchen. The new kitchen has been finished to a very high standard with an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, door to back garden.
Two further bedrooms are on the second floor, a double at the front of the house overlooking the river with an ensuite shower, WC and basin, and a twin bedroom overlooking the garden. Bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin.
At the rear of the house there are steps up to the terraced garden with garden furniture. At the front of the house is a
garage suitable for a small car. There is also a pass provided for the town car park.
