There is a fully equipped kitchen and oil fired central heating for all year round comfort. The sitting room overlooks the thirteenth Century church and village. The river, shop, church and Red Lion pub are all within walking distance.

Very well equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Cloakroom with WC and handbasin. Downstairs to double bedroom with brass bedstead and pine furniture. Second bedroom with single bed (a further single bed pulls out from under) and pine furniture.
