Skerries is tucked away only a 3 minute walk from the centre of historic Dartmouth. This is a well furnished south facing three storey house contempory house with three spacious bedrooms, double glazing and central heating and benefits from two car parking spaces.
The house enjoys a shared unattended outdoor swimming pool (May to September inclusive) and has a small seaside themed private garden.

Skerries is accessed from the parking area by steps leading down to the sun terrace. Entry to the house is by way of a gallery overlooking the living room.
On this floor there is a king-size double bed room with television and en suite bathroom with bath, mains shower over, WC and hand basin.
On the middle floor is an airy spacious living room with French doors opening onto a south facing balcony with superb views overlooking the town and countryside beyond.
It has a gas fire, television DVD, video, CD/cassette player. The dining area comfortably seats 6 around the pine table, also with French doors giving access onto the balcony with teak table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining.
The fitted kitchen has microwave, gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with ice box. The ground floor has two large twin bedded rooms each with French doors opening onto a verandah overlooking the heart of Dartmouth. The downstairs bathroom has bath, mains shower over and hand basin, separate WC.
