Spindlewood stands at the top of the village and was built to take advantage of the stunning view looking across Dittisham Mill Creek and up the river valley towards Dartmoor. There is a grassy garden and sun trap paved area to the rear and plenty of private parking.

Up steps to the front door. Hallway. The long dining and sitting room with open fire, TV, video and CD/radio/cassette, stretches all along the front of the house with French windows leading onto a terrace and looking out at that lovely view. Door from dining area into newly fitted kitchen with cream shaker style units, beech work surfaces, electric oven, ceramic hob with stainless steel chimney hood, intergrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and view of the river.
Lobby and door to back garden where there is a paved area and steps up to a lawn. There are three bedrooms – two doubles and a twin all with a handbasin and a view of the garden. Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and basin. Separate shower room, WC and basin.
