The Boathouse occupies a magnificent position at the far end of Dittisham Quay, with the most outstanding river views from all rooms - a perfect spot to unwind. This interesting house was built 3 years ago in the spot where the old ticket office for the river boats stood. The Boathouse is designed with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the light and airy living area upstairs to take advantage of the river view. The house has been completed to a very high standard with slate and oak floors and under floor heating

Accommodation: The front door from the quayside opens into a spacious hall with slate floor and glass ceiling, here there is plenty of room for sailing equipment and wet weather gear. Cupboards house the washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. On this ground floor level, overlooking the river there are three bedrooms all designed with bespoke, hand-built oak furniture and oak flooring. Master double bedroom, a further double bedroom with a single bunk bed above and a third bedroom with full size bunk beds. Family bathroom with bath, hand held shower over, basin and WC. Also a separate shower room with large shower, WC and basin. Hand-crafted stairs lead up to the open plan living room and kitchen. A wall of windows creates a very spacious feel to this room. Comfy sofas, dining table and chairs, TV and DVD, CD/Radio/Cassette player. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with stainless steel work tops and painted units, fridge, dishwasher, 5 ring gas hob, oven and grill. Outside there is garden furniture at the front of the house.
