On the banks of the River Dart, a short stroll from the town sits the old Dartmouth Pottery overlooking Warfleet Creek. This listed building has recently been converted into a number of luxury apartments. Apartment 6 on the ground floor offer the highest standard in self catering accommodation whist remaining sympathetic to the fabric of the old building in which it is housed. Exposed beams and internal stone walls are complemented by quality oak flooring, thick carpets, under floor heating and beautiful contemporary fixtures and fittings.

The apartment has its own entrance. The front door opens into a large hallway. Door on your right leads into a spacious room offering the highest standard in open planned living, including state of the art fully equipped kitchen with black granite worktops, integrated SMEG fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and touch control ceramic hob. Elegant glass dining table with 4 high backed leather chairs. Side table with DVD/CD player. A two seater leather sofa and comfortable armchairs sit either side of a large coffee table. Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD/CD player. Opening off a small raised landing area in the main hallway are a double bedroom and adjoining bathroom with double ended bath with shower, WC and hand basin, honed limestone tiled floor and under floor heating. Downstairs to a large twin bedroom (with zip and link mattress to form a super king size bed, if required), TV/DVD, en suite shower room with low profile oversized shower tray, WC and basin.
