Victoria Cottage is a charming period stone cottage situated in Victoria Street near The Plains at the bottom of the High Street in Totnes. The interior is light, spacious and full of character. There is a private patio garden at the rear and parking for your car 150 yards up the street. Totnes is ideal for holidays all year round and great for early Christmas shopping. You are within a minutes walk from a wonderful mixture of craft shops and restaurants while the River Dart, Steam Packet Inn, ferry to Dartmouth and the Dart Valley Trail are just a short stroll from the front door. A 20 minute drive will take you to stunning beaches or in the opposite direction, the wilds of Dartmoor!

Entrance into spacious light sitting room with comfy sofas and alcoves on either side of the large stone fireplace which houses a woodburning stove. TV and DVD. An enormous window with window seat opens onto the conservatory which makes this room beautifully light. Kitchen with tiled floor and wooden units and a view of the patio. Electric oven, MW, fridge/freezer and WM. Conservatory with dining table and chairs and French windows leading out to a small, private patio with pots of plants, garden furniture and a barbecue. Up open sided staircase from the sitting room to the landing (parents of small children beware of open sided stair case). Main bedroom with high ceiling and exposed beams, wardrobes and bookshelves. Cosy, second bedroom with a single bed with another which pulls out from underneath. Bathroom with shower over bath, WC and handbasin.
