Wild Oat house is a beautifully designed, comfortable three storey home situated in a magnificent old barn overlooking Dittisham Court, the village and surrounding countryside. The River Dart is less than five minutes walk away. The interior is light, bright, sunny and spacious.

Entrance on first floor through lobby to large hall. One twin bedded room and one bedroom with bunk beds. Bathroom with shower over bath, WC and hand basin. Ground floor – lovely south facing sitting room with comfortable sofa and chairs, colour TV with SKY, DVD, video recorder and CD player, dining table and chairs, French dresser. French windows leading onto sunny, split level patio with garden furniture. Light and airy well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Downstairs cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Back door. Second floor – master double bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath, WC and hand basin.
