1 Ocean Breeze is a luxury ground floor holiday apartment in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming. Situated within Ocean Breeze, the apartment benefits from wonderful sea views, contemporary furnishings and is equipped with maximum comfort in mind. With two double bedrooms (one can be a twin), each with their own bathrooms and a large open plan living space with sea facing patio doors that open onto a choice of 2 deced areas. This apartment is ideal for two couples holidaying together or a small family. From the apartment it is possible to walk to Blackpool Sands as well as the village shop, pub and restaurant. Walkers especially will love the proximity to the South West Coast path, the walk into Dartmouth takes in stunning coastline via the mouth of the River Dart. Sorry we cannot accommodate children under 12 years of age.


1 Ocean Breeze is entered from the parking via a communal hallway. The front door opens to an entrance hall with plenty of space for coats and boots. At the rear of the apartment is the open-plan living room with adjacent kitchen. The living room benefits from patio doors which let in lots of light and offer views out to sea and provide access to the deck and garden. The living room is furnished with two sofas with side tables and lamps, TV, DVD player. The dining area in the centre of the kitchen completes the room with dining table and chairs for 4.

The kitchen is well-equipped with smart, modern white units with grey tops, integrated dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer and microwave, and views over the village and the sea.
Both of the bedrooms have king-size beds; the master bedroom has an en suite with shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has zip and link beds so can be made up as a twin (please request preference at the time of booking). Both bedrooms are at the front of the property. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over, toilet and basin.


There are 2 decked areas furnished with outfoor furniture, perfect for sitting and enjoying the sun, there are additional communal grassy areas accessed via the parking guests are welcome to wander.

A short walk down will take you to the centre of the village where you will find the village shop and post office, village pub 'The Green Dragon' and the village bar/ restaurant 'Radius 7'. Continue from here for 10 minutes and you will arrive at Blackpool sands. The South West Coast Path to Dartmouth is via the lane that goes past the building, this is a lovely coastal walk via the mouth of the River Dart.


In the peak season, May, June, July and August we need to keep to Friday changeovers and a minimum stay of 7 nights. However, please do contact us with any requests you may have and we will accommodate if possible.
