2 Lee Court is a beautifully appointed waterfront holiday apartment, situated on Dartmouth’s North Embankment with fabulous views of the river Dart towards Kingswear. It benefits from three bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms perfect for couples or families. There is a lift however there is a flight of 12 steps up to the entrance. Parking for two cars is provided – there is a garage at the rear of the building and a parking pass provided for the Mayors Avenue car park.

Accommodation:
From the communal stairwell the front door opens to the entrance hall leading through to the lounge/dining room which is a lovely bright room at the front of the apartment with dual aspect windows overlooking the river to the hills beyond.

There are large comfy sofas to relax in, occasional tables, TV with DVD. At the rear of the room is the dining table which comfortably seats 6. A door from the lounge leads to the master double bedroom suite again at the front of the apartment. The room is furnished with a king size bed, TV and built in storage. Large windows offer outstanding views of the river. The en-suite bathroom features roll top bath, twin wash basins, toilet and large shower cubicle.

There are two further bedrooms at the rear of the apartment both with twin beds; the first en-suite has a shower, wash basin and toilet, the second has a bath with hand held shower, wash basin and toilet.

The large fitted kitchen is located off the hall in the middle of the apartment and has smart grey units with plenty of work surface, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, double oven with grill and a fridge/freezer.

Parking:
The onsite garage at the rear does not particularly suit itself to the increased size of modern cars, a small/ medium SUV will fit but will be very tight. The car park pass provided is valid for Mayors Avenue car park a 2-minute walk away. It is also valid across the South Hams for use in long stay council run car parks, so as well as Dartmouth you can park for free at Slapton, Totnes, Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Bigbury, Ivybridge and Modbury (details are on the pass). Please note that at significantly busy times of the year such as Regatta and the height of summer the pass does not guarantee a space, on the rare occasion the car park is full the permit is valid for the park and ride at the top of town.

Nearby:
The shops and restaurants are a 2 minute walk away. At Coronation Park you will find the Anchorstone Cafe that is great for alfresco dining. On the riverfront you will find Mitch Tonks 'The Rockfish' and 'The Seahorse'. Also on the river front you will find transport links via the ferries and steam train.

Availability:
In the peak season, May, June, July and August we need to keep to Saturday changeovers and a minimum stay of 7 nights. However, please do contact us with any requests you may have and we will accommodate if possible.

Out of peak season we don't need to keep to a Saturday changeover.

“This apartment is perfectly located with fantastic views up and down the Dart from the living room and master bedroom and a flat walk in and out of town (apart from 11 steps to entrance). It is comfortably furnished (if a little dated in style). Fantastic large kitchen with absolutely everything you can need (soup ladle was the only thing I needed that wasn’t there!) – so much better equipped than many a rental. Just be aware that if your party comprises all adults, the smallest bedroom is rather cramped and only has a shower attachment rather than a “over the bath” shower. Ideally suited for children rather than adults. However, despite the scaffolding and painting going on whilst we were there, which obscured our side view Friday – Monday, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely return. It’s major USP is definitely the views with really large windows through which to enjoy boats bobbing and buzzing around, steam trains, seabirds, and the pretty cottages across the Dart in Kingswear.”
