The ground floor offers a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, complete with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher and integrated washer/dryer. Guests will also find a coffee machine, a full range of kitchen utensils, and useful household items including a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
The dining area features a table with seating for four, a comfortable settee, and a 32" Smart TV, creating a sociable and practical space. A separate WC with washbasin is also located on this floor.

First Floor – Living Space & Flexible Bedroom

The first floor hosts a bright open-plan living room, furnished with a leather corner sofa with two integral reclining chairs, a coffee table, CD player and a 40" Smart TV—perfect for relaxing evenings. Patio doors open onto a balcony with a bistro table and chairs, where guests can enjoy beautiful views across Dartmouth and Kingswear.

Also on this floor is Bedroom 1, which offers flexible sleeping arrangements with zip-and-link beds that can be configured as either twin singles or a king-size bed. The room includes a 32" Smart TV, oak wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a full-length mirror.
The en-suite features a cubicle shower, WC and heated towel rail. Patio doors lead directly from the bedroom to a private, secluded courtyard with outdoor seating—ideal for quiet moments.

For convenience, Grandview provides cleaning spray, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, sponge, cloths, toilet rolls and waste disposal bags, along with hand soap at all washbasins. Each guest is supplied with one bath sheet and one hand towel, and hairdryers are also provided.
