Pennywell Farm Nativity
Pennywell Farm has announced it will be holding its popular nativity in 2020. For more details sign up to the attraction’s newsletter to receive information when it is announced.
Christmas at Babbacombe Model Village
Normally this charming model village is awash with festive scenes. Things will be scaled back in 2020 but there will be a seasonal twists to spot in amongst this miniature community. Experience a mini Christmas adventure at Babbacombe Model Village form 28 November 2020 to 3 January 2021.
Illuminations and grotto at Powderham Castle
Powderham Castle will be lit up for the festive season and there will be a chance to meet Santa and his helpers on the weekends in the run up to Christmas.

Post a letter to Santa at The House of Marbles
Father Christmas is isolating at the North Pole ahead of Christmas Eve so there won’t be a grotto at the House of Marbles in Bovey Tracey this Christmas. But children will be able to send him a letter in a special post box here. Every child who writes a letter will be able to pick up a free goodie bag from 1 November to 24 December 2020.
Devon Christmas markets and fairs
Plymouth Christmas Market 2020
Plymouth’s Christmas market has been scaled back to a few festive bars and some entertainment in the piazza.
Exeter Christmas Market 2020
Exeter Christmas Market will take place on Cathedral Green with controlled entry and limited numbers. There will be wider walkways between stalls and plenty of hand sanitiser.
The market will take place from 21 November to 19 December 2020.
Winter Fest 2020 at Torre Abbey
Pick up some unique Devon Christmas gifts at the Torre Abbey Christmas craft and gift fair from 5 to 6 December 2020. This is the fourth year that this festive shopping experience has run and it is expanding to include the Spanish Barn for the first time.
Tickets cost £3 for adults and £1 for children. This includes entry to the Abbey.
