The heart of the home is the large family kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with everything needed for comfortable self-catering stays. A unique feature of the kitchen is the well, built into the cliff face, adding a wonderful sense of history and character to the space. Bi-fold doors lead through to a bright conservatory featuring a pool table, creating a fantastic social space for guests of all ages. At the front of the property, the generous living room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows framing spectacular river views, along with plush seating, Sky HD TV, books, games, and entertainment for cosy evenings in.

The property offers four well-appointed bedrooms across the upper floors, including two doubles and two twin rooms, making it perfect for mixed family groups. Multiple bathrooms, including an ensuite and additional shower facilities, ensure plenty of space for everyone to get ready comfortably.

Outside, guests can enjoy the beautiful riverside terrace with outdoor seating — the ideal spot for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or simply watching boats drift along the River Dart. Paddle boards can be launched and taken out directly from the river at the property, making it a real treat for water-loving guests. The property also benefits from one allocated parking space, situated above the property within a gated, secure barrier, and welcomes pets, so your four-legged family members can join the adventure too.

Please note that access to the property includes approximately 10-15 steps to reach the lift. From the parking space, a single flight of stairs leads down to the lift, which can take you directly down to the level of the property — ideal for guests travelling with luggage or food shopping. Alternatively, guests are welcome to use the stairs instead if preferred (around 40 stairs). Due to the riverside setting and access arrangements, the property may not be suitable for guests with restricted mobility or very small children.
