Michaelmas Fair at Powderham Castle – 4 November 2021
The yuletide spirit starts early at the home of the Earl of Devon. Powderham Castle near Starcross will be holding its Michaelmas Fair on Thursday 4 November 2021.
The event features stalls with a wide array of things not found on the high street from jewellery and Christmas puddings to homewares and spirits. The fair is also in aid of the ABF The Soldiers’ Charity.

Tavistock Warm up to Christmas Market, Tavistock Town Hall – Saturday 6 November 2021
From sparkly jewellery to Christmas cakes and cookware to candles, you’ll find it all on offer from local traders in the South West.

Exeter Christmas Market – 18 November to 18 December 2021
Come and search for the perfect Christmas gift and sample delicious Devon festive fare in the shadow of Exeter Cathedral. This South Devon Christmas market has been inspired by Germany and will have Bavarian-style chalets offering global cuisine, pop-up bars, local traders and craftspeople.

Christmas Gift & Craft Fayre at Pavilions Teignmouth – 27 and Sunday 28 November 2021
More than 40 stalls will fill the ground floor foyer of the Pavilions with local crafts and gifts.

WinterFest Christmas Fair at Torre Abbey – 27 and 28 November 2021
WinterFest will return to the Spanish Barn and Torre Abbey house in 2021. Visitors will have the chance to buy a range of unique handmade Christmas gifts, as well as perhaps indulging in a glass of mulled wine.

Dawlish Christmas Street Market – 27 and 28 November 2021
Dawlish Christmas street market will follow the town’s light switch on which takes place on 26 November.
There will be a range of stalls as well fun activities on the lawn in the centre of Dawlish. Father Christmas will be making an appearance on the Sunday.

Christmas Craft Fayre at Lupton House – 27 to 28 November 2021
Visit Lupton House at Churston Ferriers near Brixham for its Christmas Fayre. Entry is free. Parking costs £1.

Plymouth Christmas market – 2 to 19 December 2021
Head to the Piazza in the city centre where you’ll find Plymouth’s Christmas Market. This year there will be an open air festive bar, food and drink, and plenty of artisan gift stalls run by traders from the South West and beyond.
You’ll also be in the heart of the city’s main shopping area, so it’s easy to dive into high street stores for those other gifts on your list.
