Papillon Gin
Here’s another Devon gin inspired by its surroundings. Each small batch of Papillion Gin uses flavours plucked straight from Dartmoor where it is made.
Pour a glass for a taste of fresh gorse flowers from the moor, rowan and hawthorn berries, chamomile, nettles, navelwort and Devon violets. This gin is named after an endangered Dartmoor butterfly that feeds on wild violets. One percent from every bottle sold goes to a local butterfly conservation project that protects this species.
